Repair Turnaround Times:
Standard repairs are generally completed within 5 days after approval. Rush repairs may be possible.
For Rigid Endoscopes, minor repairs take 1 – 4 business days, while major repairs take 2 – 6 business days. For Flexible Endoscopes, minor repairs usually take 1 – 5 business days, while major repairs may take 5 – 15 business days. These standard turnaround times begin once the Endoscope is approved for repair by the customer. Please note that delays may occur during times of higher volume or where parts are not immediately available.
